Exercise benefits mind, body & spirit

Bad health and depression can affect anyone at some stage of their lives.  Both can be caused by many different reasons but they can also, for the most part, be avoided by keeping our physical fitness in top shape. 

Exercising is well known for keeping our bodies fit but it can also keep our minds and spirit in good condition.  The mind, body and health benefits of physical fitness can be achieved by regularly exercising particularly outside as the sun can also work wonders on our health and mood.
